At Apollo Sports Inc., we are committed to ensuring you have the right gear to reach your peak performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the gear upon arrival; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
